Ty Jasper

Ty Jasper is a Professional Agrologist who serves as a project consultant for VisionQuest Advisors. Ty’s primary role is to support Jay Savage in the coordination and execution of all aspects of VisionQuest’s projects. Ty also provides planning and technical writing services to projects within VisionQuest’s Agricultural portfolio.

Prior to joining the VisionQuest team Ty spent six years working in the mineable oil sands industry, as a consultant to Imperial Oil. He left the oil sands as a civil and environmental project manager.

Ty was raised in the Cariboo-Chilcotin region of BC where he continues to reside in Quesnel. Ty comes from a ranching background and is a Certified Farrier, graduating from the Oklahoma Horse Shoeing School in 2015.

Outside of work, Ty prepares for and participates in amateur and professional rodeo events, in both Canada and the US. He currently works the Team Roping event but, in the past, he was an all-around cowboy, working the Team Roping, Bull Riding and Steer Wrestling events.
